Why wait till Friday? Today's the best day to quit. I put it off and put it off but I just wanted to keep on drinking and kept putting it off till tomorrow

I wish you the best, but I don't understand the benefit of post dating an important decision in your life!!

You are probably different, but many who have drinking problems set a date to do whatever and never attain or maintain that goal. For me it was a trick of the mind which was sick to begin with.
