I am great. Weather is beautiful and I went out and enjoyed it. Went for a bike ride. Visited my sister and mother, went grocery shopping and cleaned the place. All before noon.

I am tired and recovering from strep throat. I have to go to work in an hour and I really don't want to go but I will anyways and I am proud of myself for that...my strep throat isn't contagious anymore I am just wiped out from the antibiotics I am taking.

I am doing so so, thanks for asking! Have a big decision to make that is making me anxious and sad. Also, anticipating a trip, will see old friends with whom I usually enjoy wine and am wondering how I'll deal. I know I need to focus on the present, which I am trying to do. Hope you are well!
