31 days
Wow 31 days sober I can't believe it! I used to try so hard to make it two weeks and couldn't even do that. I don't even want to drink. Sure I still think about how it would make some social situations easier but I usually always wake up regretful or ashamed of something I did or said. I've lost 6 pounds. My skin and hair look great. I feel way better in my head. I read this site every night before I go to bed and I want to just thank everyone here for all the help and sharing your stories. If you really want to feel better and have good things happen you have to stop drinking! Ok that is all I hope everyone has a nice day

Congratulations on 31 days! That is awesome, keep going!
Dig it, now you are helping others by sharing your success and maybe planting the seed for someone who is thinking about quitting. Great stuff, queen09.
