wow...
Soberjuly-
I echo most of your sentiments exactly. I cannot believe how much better I feel, how the puffiness is gone, my thinking is clear (took to day 11) and I have NO desire to put poison in my body. I think that is the MOST shocking part. I know it's still the honeymoon phase, but I continue to be completely committed to staying sober and getting healthy.
Good for you on day 18. Glad to be right along with you.
Lisa.

Thank you. I am new to this, and haven't completed a week yet, but I know that I feel like crap, I feel bloated and my brain feels really foggy alot. I must have lost alot of brain cells over the years, lol, because sometimes I just feel really dumb. I used to be smart, lol. I'm looking forward to feeling better. Keep on keepin on!
Good job, SoberJuly!! How wonderful to have the respect of your husband and more importantly, your self-respect back!! Ten months ago, I got sober. My only regret is that I didn't give sobriety a try sooner. It is the best kept secret as to how great that sobriety really is, all the way around!
