Hope you all doing ok

On day 4 and my anxiety (long standing with the wonderful panic attacks) is through the roof

Maybe because have not really been out of house in last month.........

My parents understand and we are going for a coffee tomorrow and a look round a bookstore ..............things I love yet am shaking at the prospect

Have promised clients I will get to their premises next week !!!!!!

My being too hard on myself or do I need to push.........bit of both probably

Hey Mike, it's gonna take time, Day 4 is early days, things will get better with each day!!

Keep pushing through!! You can do this!!

I know all about the anxiety. Try not to think about what you have to do in advance, then when the time comes just do it.
I'll be with you in thoughts, you can do it.

Hey Mike, day four is awesome. That first week is hard, and something I never want to go through again. It does get better. Hang in there. We are all here for you.

The first four days were the roughest for me. This improved dramatically each day after that. Give it a few more days, and you will feel much better.
