Yes Yes Yes Pond! I haven't hiked in a bit, I did a little in hocking but my back acted up so I didn't get to do as much as I like! Pancakes are a triple YES!

I think it is sooo cool that you recognize that your head is in a bad place right and, what did you do??? You reached out for help!!! THAT is awesome and something that took me a while to learn to do. Just feel right now how GREAT it will be to go to bed sober tonight, and wake up tomorrow with no regrets. Sending hugs <3
