July 28th - Year Two Begins
 

One year ago I vowed to change my life. Baby steps. I went from drinking every single day to drinking much less. I put some things in order that I had seriously neglected for years. I put a plan in place for my future. I went back to school to work on a new degree.

Today begins year two and I am ready to hit this full throttle. When I post on July 28th next year I want to say, I am recovering and my health and life have never been better.

I drank 365 days a year. This past year I more than likely drank about a third of that, not as succuesful as I would have liked, but made a difference in my life.

This year I want to get and stay...sober.

You can do this!! :)

Time to let go of that which doesn't serve to make you a better version of you.

good to see you solo, the moderation thing doesn't work, so let's hope you can put it away for good now. Do you have an idea of your plan? AA or other?
