At day seven I notice my legs stay put now. What little sleep I'd get while drinking, my legs had a mind of their own. Seems like I read here once that RLS was a side-effect from drinking. Even while relaxing watching TV or reading, it was an issue.
No longer. Yet another reason not to go back!

Good for you! When my X would drink, his legs went nuts, including just sitting at rest. When he did not drink it magically stopped.

One more benefit to not drinking to put on the list!

Oh yeah, i hated the "jimmy legs". Someone told me its a b vitamin deficiency caused be the alcohol.
