It does get better, for me I needed to work out what my mind was telling me, why did I want to drink? was I bored, stressed, unhappy, or just my evening habit that I'd been following for years?
There's a lot of things we can do to stop the cravings, but working out why you feel the need to have a drink can be a good place to start!! as the myths our mind may tell us may not hold much weight in reality!!
