Day 5

So now on day 5 feeling a little fuzzy and have a lack of energy but having amazing sleep for the first time in years. Had my first Friday and Saturday nights of not drinking in a long time and am up on a Sunday feeling great.

Think the first real test will be work tomorrow as it was always a glass of wine with lunch.

Hope everyone is enjoying their hangover free Sunday 😃

Great job! Treat yourself to a nice nonalcoholic drink at lunch. I've been enjoying root beer and ginger ale. I gave up soft drinks long along, but I am treating myself with them now as I give up alcohol. Good luck!
