I'm pretty proud of myself. I came out to Arizona-- I'm an Arizona State graduate (yeah, was a real party girl) to visit my Parents. Usually, I'd be on the phone with my old friends-- coordinating a night out, making sure someone right the coke or I would've been dumb enough to travel with it again along with my kids. I probably would've even left my kids with my Parents even though my Father is ailing to go out and party. I'd more than likely plan to stay at a friend's house and return back to Parent's house the following day to feel like **** the rest of the weekend.

But, nope--- I haven't made plans. I sit here, getting ready to go to bed for the night after I watch another episode of Breaking Bad on Netflix. I even got a 2 mile run into today and I know I will tomorrow too-- because I'm not going to drink or do drugs tonight.

I feel accomplished. I feel good. Today was a good day

I stayed sober the whole weekend. I got in 3 runs as I'm training for a 1/2 marathon in Oct. Felt great not to have a hangover --- 7 days sober
