I'm on day 4! Isn't it awesome! I never, EVER want to be hungover again! I've been taking 2 Tylenol PM before bed, that helps a bit with sleep issue. Not being able to sleep has always been one of my many reasons to drink. I have had a constant headache, but other than that, I've been OK. We can & WILL do this!

I did also for the first 3 days. Now 14 days in, I sleep like a baby.

I know! Its been a week for me and while I had had some tough moments/days, Im feeling better and better
