YOU GET YOUR KEISTER IN THERE! They hunted me down on other threads and threatened me if I didn't jump back in. Progress not perfection is the catchphrase.

I'm a new Marcher. I'm a November person who latched onto the Marchers because they were so great. Please come back and let us pour some fun and good cheer into you!

Hey, Snaggle! Welcome back!!!

All of us are not yet raving successes. I'm *still* working on it but for me, sticking around has kept me from giving up. I have had successes and failures but still feel very positive. Lately even more so than before. Sometimes I get rather embarrassed about being a slow learner but this group has kept me from giving up. I will get there and so will you!

Those good days can grow--I spent many hours in the woods with my dogs in early sobriety.

We walked and enjoyed nature every day and I had time to relax and not be tempted to drink.

So what things are you going to do differently this time, and what things worked well when you've stopped before?

Putting that together can equal success this time

Snaggle, I joined the Marchers class late in the month. If it weren't for people like you that were there earlier for me, I don't know if I'd have made it. C'mon back!!!!!!

Don't you even think that my dear Snaggle. I remind myself every day all by myself. Other people drinking and struggling far from make me think about me drinking again. That's my job to worry about. Not yours. My drinking or not drinking is me and you drinking or not drinking is you. But we can help each other.

I'm sorry but I think we are all yin and yang. Same circle. If I drink and you don't we just are in a different part of the same circle. And vice versa. You and I are not different. We both can't drink. But we both help each other. That's what matters.

I am proud of you for never giving up. Don't you dare feel bad. That's something to be proud of.

xoxo

If you've been doing a lot of thinking and self analysis you'd better get back fast and stay back!

Snaggle, my original SR join date was January of 2013. I relapsed a couple of times, but I stayed with that class, as well as joining the May class and the November class.

None of those threads are very active, so I stick with the Marchers and the One Year and Unders. Lots of lively action and serious, positive support.

The word has spread that you are back, and everybody is really excited! Please come post at Marchers!

Snaggle! Hi!! You'll always be a Marcher. A lot of us have relapsed since we joined but we're always welcomed back with open arms - hope to see you over there

I don't know...do we really need more people here that are struggling to find a happy sober life?

Snags I can assure you we know what drinking is like, it holds no surprises to hear about it. Come and join us, maybe join the July 2014 class too, more support is even better.
