Pins and needles
I'm a month and a half sober and just had blood drawn to test liver and pancreatic function this morning. I feel fine. No yellowing of my skin or eyes. No pains. Never had any of that. Still nervous on the off chance something is amiss, so hoping everything is fine. I'm also being prescribed something (non-addictive) for anxiety as that is what attracted me to alcohol in the first place years and years ago and was often what led me back to it.

That is great that you are taking care of yourself, GMO! When I was drinking, I neglected all medical checkups and yet I felt constantly nervous about my health (well, not enough to quit earlier).
Hope the new treatment will help your anxiety. I also just started taking an antidepressant that was prescribed for me for anxiety primarily. I was debating it for a long time, even had a thread about it here on SR... so finally gave it a try. It's my 4th day on it now and I never took any psych meds in my life before.
