We've got this, girls (and guys, lol....didn't mean to leave you out, I just naturally identified with the girls' stories, being one myself 
)
Let's stick together and do this. I'm already feeling that reading your stories is really helping me, too. It can feel like you're the only person in the world going through something like this.
I know it's very early days for me, but I really feel done with it this time. I CANNOT live that awful way anymore. I realise how utterly miserable it is making me, it's not actually giving me any pleasure, at all, now.
