SR has been a fantastic resource for me and very inspiring. I have drank 3 days in the last 110 or so. This would not have been possible without SR.

After several meaningful chats on several topics I just want to remind others to be sensitive to our newcomers and everyone. We all come here with 1 purpose and goal to better ourselves IMO alot of use suffer from anxiety or depression because of alcohol or self induced to resolve these feelings and cure them with alchohol.
Please remember that we all come from different areas of live, social, abuse (verbal, physical, psychological, sexual) economic, genetics and experiences. We like to share information that is embarrassing to us but count on SR support guidance and help.
I have Generalized Anxiety and Panic disorder. i can get wound up over nothing and think its the end of the world when you may think it silly to ever think twice about.

Alcohol anxiety varies differently from an anxiety disorder.

My point is just keep an open mind for others and be respectful. Sure out mental disorders may cause us to do crazy things but I ask you listen and give use the dignity we deserve.

If someone has thoughts on something that do not make sense to you please discuss with the person and be sensitive as we can feel ridiculed sometimes. i have not experienced this on this site but just remember the golden rule. Do onto others as you would have them due on to you. Besides we can all learn something from one another.

After all we are all one team and one dream. Just some thoughts I had.
