You're right, there are, Dee

After 7 pm in my area, meetings stop admitting people. So I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning. I do have work, but I'll do my best to get a meeting in before grocery shopping.

Hope you're well, Dee. I've been thinking about you!

Changing up your lifestyle, even if it is online gaming is gonna be key to your Sobriety, I never really had any longterm results by simply trying to not drink, I needed to do more with my time!!

The more activities you have, the more time you spend doing things, the easier it'll be to not think and crave alcohol, carving out a new Sober lifestyle, effectively the lifestyle you want now your Sober for me is the key to it all!!

You can do this Alphabet!! SR is in your corner!!

sounds to me like a plan for living is needed for you my friend
its going to be painful at the start but if you really honestly want to change then its time to work on you

i had to
get up in the morning and simply start my day off with a bath and clean clothes
this put me in a good clean frame of mind
then i had to clean up my flat
i didint want to but i had to even though i didnt want to

i would then go out for a walk
i didnt want to but i did it even because i didnt want to

while out walking i would hold my head up high and look at the roof tops and count them so i had to keep my head up
i didnt want to i wanted to stay in my flat on my own or put my computer on
but i did it even though i didnt want to

while out walking i would start to feel a bit better
i had to do things in my day that kept me busy i didnt want to, i wanted to sit and do nothing but feel bad but i did it

i was lucky as i was in aa so i had meetings to go to each day afternoon and night so that got me out and also i met people who understood me and were i was at and they helped me in more ways than i can list

so its up to you my friend
i know you dont want to but are you ready to do things you dont want to do yet ?
