At the end of the day, I am happy to say that I have found some measure of peace again. Called my oldest son to tell him of my foiled plans and he decided that he will come up here to visit if I can't get away from work. Have I ever mentioned how much I love my sons? I also just got home from a meeting where a member had his one-year cake. It was inspiring to see where he was after hearing of what he'd been through to get there. Things are much more in perspective now.
