Last night was hard, I was so lost. All I wanted to do, was drink I didn't care about anything but drinking. Well, I called some folks and one answered, the guy that answered helped me at 3 Am write out a list of everything I grateful for....

What an eye opening experience, but I wanted everyone here in the newcomers to have that experience. Write down why you are grateful, look at it, love it, learn it, take those things and lets get on with life sober.
