If you're finding that whatever you're doing isn't enough for you to stay sober, you have to look at what else you can add.
What kinds of things have you done to stay sober in the past?
As for the cutting, not many people who don't cut understand the compulsion.
I'm not a cutter myself, but you will find others here who cut.
There are other forums dedicated to this tho if you feel you need more help with that as well.
