hope you all ok

mid way through day 2 here - still shaky and sweaty

got an AA meeting sorted for Sunday and am determined to re enter real life Monday as in work and get out

I hope your withdrawal symptoms go away soon. It usually took me four days, and I was a heavy drinker.

You're doing great! It's a bit rough at first, take care of yourself; eat well, sleep a lot and watch bad movies.
