made it through day 4
 

Last night I couldnt sleep most of the night I dont know what time I finally fell asleep, but I woke up at 3:30 PM. Out of it. I pulled myself together and got a ride the store because there was nothing to drink in this house. I bought 6 lg bottles of gatorade, 2 large bottles of v-8 spalsh. Ice tea, diet coke, 12 pk of yoo-hoo, and some seltzer Plain water wasnt doing it. I think I shoulld be covered for a few days. Tomorrow day 5

Congratulations on day 4! We all know how hard those first few days are. I also have been staying up very late since I stopped drinking and sometimes it is really hard to drift off. I am okay with this for now. Sleep will come when our bodies are more adjusted.
