Keep trying, Mike. Keep coming back. What can you do to make it work this time? And what can we do to help?

Fall down 800 times, get up 801. Trying AA out sounds like a great idea if you never have before. The worst case scenario is you spend an hour with some folks that have the same problem you do and are trying to figure it out. As you say, things won't change until you take action.

Wow. Thanks for the mention. No need to be sorry. Just get up and do it again. That's what we do Sweetie! I'm here.

Hope you start feeling better soon Mike, don't forget lots of water/fluids. I know it's difficult to concentrate on anything at this point, but have you thought about what you might do differetnly to make sure this doesn't happen again? I said I was done many, many times -but when the withdrawals wore off always went right back to drinking until I made a concrete plan to quit.
