barely made it

Yesterday my craving was so strong, all i wanted was a drink an cigarette. But i made it through the night whew, close one. Im glad i didn't drink though, i would've really regretted it.

That's what I do, think the drinking through to the next day and know I would have regretted it. It's been working for me for quite awhile now.

LOL! It does work actually, I've been having some almost every night.
