Lots of anxiety today

Today I'm going to do dry land training (first aid stuff basically) and I'm very nervous because I haven't done it in several months and I'm worried I'll screw up. Gonna head off in around an hour and a half, I'm scared I'll have a panic attack while out =(

Wish me luck guys.

Breath in through the nose for a seven count.
Out through the mouth for a seven count.
Repeat until calm.

It's training! This is where you get to identify your weaknesses and correct them.

remember; training is exactly that - TRAINING!!!

You don't have to do it right, you're there to GET it right.

Relax, because it is all OK.

You're right. I've just put a lot of pressure on myself because I've wanted/waited for this job for so long.

Remember that we always tend to put higher expectations on ourselves than anyone else is actually placing on us.
