Pains me to write it...but Day 2
I hate that its only Day 2 when it could have been almost 30. But I'm not going to wallow in it.
I will say that even though I felt SO TIRED yesterday (literally went to bed at 8:30 and slept right through to 7am), this is much better than the last time I was on Day 2, I assume b/c I wasn't coming off months long of binge behaviour.
Still had a bit of the sweats and of course the sleep wasn't as restful as it was after 10ish days sober, but nothing I can't handle.
Anyways, just wanted to check in.
