Well done Jezza, just ignore that little voice in your head and go for a walk if it's nice out or put on the kettle and have a tea or coffee.

I find the little voice doesn't hang around too long.

Well done signing in! I find cravings vanish again if you hang in there for 20 minutes or so. 8 days is fantastic - you don't want to have to go through that first week, again, do you?

It happens, we just learn why and when it happens, if I'm hungry or tired I can get it sometimes so I try my very best to be on top of those things in order to stave it off.

Patience, perseverance, deviance and sneakiness are its hallmarks.

Best thing to do is just acknowledge, stay aware, and shine a spotlight right at it when it slurks its way into your head. It HATES that.
