As an aside, within 5 minutes of you posting "HELP" there were several responses.

Good for you for getting thru it sober.

Each time you refuse to give in, you get stronger. And with the passing of time, the urge to drink gets less and less.

the best thing I ever learned is early recovery is cravings come...but they go too.
They get easier to manage too.

There are some great tips here - including urge surfing

Thanks Dee.... Good reading & makes sense... Lets see what today brings.. Was nice waking up this morning knowing that I didn't cave & no hangover!! YEY!!!!
