First day sober!!
My name is Jay I have been addicted to prescription pain pills for about 2 years, I am a 23 year old college student psychology major and work full time. I just wanted to check in and see if this would be of any help to me while I am trying to kick my addiction. I wish everybody the best, thank you.

Thank you, it scares me a bit not really knowing what it is like to even think sober. The pills have been my escape from fear insecurity and other feelings I do not like I am going to have a hard time facing these things sober but for my family and future it must get done.

I think it's natural to be scared of the unknown, for years all we have known is the quick escape from life, but it has to be possible, there are soo many people in life doing it every day, for me that gave me hope when I got Sober!!
