five months today!
Thanks everyone. You are the best. What do when cravings hit: go on sr, eat, do anything productive, walk, call someone, give my dogs a bath, read, think it through. Basically, I distract myself, and think of the consequences if I drink, and how I'd feel about it in the morning. I feel far from confident at this point. But it's been working so far and I pray I can keep it up.
