I am on day 4 of quitting both drinking and smoking... super fun. I can say that the cravings are different for both. My wine cravings tend to come on around 4, as that would be close to the time that I would be heading home from work and then pouring the first glass. The smoking cravings are hitting me at random times throughout the day - and they come on much harder and stay longer. I am doing a lot of deep breathing and chewing a lot of Trident.
This is my millionth time quitting smoking and first real go at quitting drinking. The two are related for me - so they both need to go!

Ben, I also quit using an e-cigarette after 28 years of smoking. I am now 8 months free of the habit. I jokingly tell my friends that I convinced my mind that I wasn't quitting, just changing brands. Whatever works for you. I like the taste of my e-cig...I will kick it to the curb eventually, as soon as I can put my drinking firmly in my past as well
