Nuudawn, I go through cycles, a few days feeling really positive and energetic followed by a spell of just the opposite. I'm hoping that the good times get longer but I'm learning not to rush these things. What happens will happen

it is all about acceptance but I sure can not say that I have a handle on it 100 % of the time

Yes! Thanks for the "bump" soberwolf.
I too enjoyed seeing that little hamster, and to be reminded that this is all just a part of the process.

The last couple weeks my energy level just plummeted! Day 109 now and I feel like a zombie. I'm going to bed at like 9:30pm (what am I? 80!?) LOL...
I'm up early, 5am, 6am....and still managing to walk/exercise for the most part but man....just feel depleted lately.
A few weeks ago I coulda climbed Mt. Kilamanjarro (sp?) but now just menial tasks drain the bugger outta me. Looking forward to this 3 day weekend of pure relaxation

the first few weeks I was a sloth (except cuter, have you seen sloths?!). Work and home was all I could muster. Slowly, I gained some more energy and added walking into my routine...by 2 months I added in the gym here and there...Just over 3mths now, some days I am bursting of energy, almost manic...then other days, despite being in bed early, I just feel like the life has been sucked outta me. It ebbs and flows. I just take it all in stride

I have a pretty physical job so I'm not aloud. So I'm moving a lot, but resenting it the whole time haha
