Read the book ADDICTED BRAIN" none of us will never relapse again..... I the distraction of our main and important organ is amazing, and how long it take it to become normal if ever..... This book cover all addiction, including binge eating..... I you want to be smart and intelligent until you die, stop all alcohol and drugs now..... The are still hope...... ( it's the same as the seminar on Coursara)!!!!!

Borrowed it from the library. I thought it would be good...but I couldn't get into his writing style for some reason. Maybe I was in the wrong mood, but I felt like he was spouting off about drug use way too much, rather than the addiction part itself. Almost like he was getting off on talking about drug use.

I really tried to read it, but couldn't get into it, no matter what part of the book I looked at. I'd be interested if others who read it felt the same way - or maybe I was having a low concentration week?

Maybe I'll try it again.
