First 3 day weekend for me ever ( being sober)

I was dreading this weekend, I am just trying to keep it together and not drink. I've already done 2 meetings today, and will probably hit the sober 4th party tonight. If I am not at a meeting or a function where I can't drink.... I am going to be camped here for the weekend reading post.

Don't build it up so big in your mind (giving your AV material), just treat it like any other weekend. Go for a walk, go to the gym, get some sun, read a book, see a movie, etc., do something healthy.
