Petals, be gentle with yourself. Take a hard look at what "has" to be done. Prioritize your "must do" list and be willing to drop some things that you can honestly say don't absolutely need to be done now. This is not the time to be Superwoman. Look at your "must do" list and see if there's anything in there that's a trigger or could put your sobriety in jeopardy. Is it really a must do? If it is, can you call someone over to help?

Have you considered hitting up a meeting? Not sure where you are but many places have women's only AA meetings. I love mine! The women in my group are amazing people. They keep me grounded, make me rethink my thoughts and emotions and make me laugh. I really recommend you check out a meeting. Socializing with other sober alcoholics can relieve your loneliness.

Petals does your cable provider have movies on demand? Perhaps you have Itunes?

I'm having a lousy mood day..not enough sleep is the likely culprit.

I just finished watching a wonderful little movie called "The Way, Way Back". Did my heart, my soul..and my mood good. It really, really did.

Highly recommend it.
