It's been a trying month but I love waking up feeling fresh. I'm enjoying landing activities for the family knowing I won't be too hungover to take part!

Month two surely can't be as bad!

There have been times it would have been so easy to pick up a drink but I know I don't want that. I want to enjoy life sober, completely sober. That is a realisation I only really started to believe last month and it's made a huge difference to my mindset.
