comfortable, big problem!!

Went out, am I comfortable in bringing myself misery ? I guess I am. I know tmrw will bring me nothing but misery and regret but I brought it on myself. I caved, more like burrowed myself back into an alcohol hole. PLEASE help me out. Done drinking for tonight....

Drink some water. Tomorrow is a new day. Learn from tonight and move on. Figure out what needs to change and change it.

Perhaps you should see a doctor or go to a detox center / hospital instead of drinking again.

don't worry about getting yourself out of the hole right now. now is the time for physical healing. the important things is that you detox safely and during that time, take the necessary actions to not drink in the short term. posting here is great, calling a sober alcoholic daily is very, very wise, have someone pick you up for a meeting...do what you need to do to get over the withdrawals then comes a time for serious contemplation and planning. we all need a plan for sobriety. right now, devise a simple plan that you can follow in the short term until you are both physically and mentally sound enough to come up with a longer term plan.

i'm glad you're here. this is a great place to be. if you feel the withdrawals may be severe, contact your doctor. it's always good to get your doctor on board with your sobriety. be well, hon.

Pretty sure all of s have screwed up more than a couple of times before. Drink lots of water and take some multi vitamins and B 12 if you have it. It has always helped me in the past.

Tomorrow is another day!

self centered self loathing, that is my alcoholism and it's very content at creating misery. Learning to live a different life took time.

You can do this sober thing!!!!!!

I needed to learn from my slipups and “REMEMBER WHEN” so I would not repeat the same old behavior. Remembering that if I didn’t pick up the first drink I wouldn’t have to get sober AGAIN.

BE WELL
