Was in a horrible mood today. How I handled it.

I was in a horrible mood today. Everyone was getting on my nerves. Life just doesn't seem fun anymore. I removed myself from the situation and got something to eat. I talked to one of my friends about my frustration with boredom and I prayed about it. I won't drink because I am tired of living in trashcans and going to jail. That gets old.

A healthy attitude indeed, life is not all fun the way it was when we were kids sadly.

Well done.

I can relate, pretty tough day over here too. Just praying for the better days and practicing patience

Indeed it does! Thank you for sharing both your frustrations AND the positive steps you took to deal with them.
Most importantly, you DIDN'T DRINK! Congratulations!

It was a win and I wish I could have handled it better, but I will take my one day at a time and not look a gift horse in the mouth.

I have been up and down all day just trying to remain positive. Don't want to go back to jail or end up eating out of trashcans.
