Day One down
WE do things when we are drunk that do not define us. What defines us is what we do about becoming that drunk. You are changing the process of becoming that angry person you don't like, which is dealing with your crap. Good on you for this Pam!
I was astonished to find I was nasty and confrontational when drinking. That's the furthest thing from the real me - but at the end of my drinking days, people were telling me that's how I was. One of many reasons I just couldn't touch the stuff anymore.
Happy to know you're on your second day - and so proud.
