ok day 4 and doing good . still want a drink but at this point nothing I can't handle . I'm sure it will get worse ,I stopped smoking cold turkey 10 years ago pack and a half a day for 30 years . I know I cant let my guard down or this will bite me in the ass . I (we) can do this life is to short Thanks
