My AV was bad Monday on the way home from work, and deafing yesterday. I said no, and NO again, and NO outloud (like a lunatic) first time since getting serious (June 10th, 2 lapses) I didn't give in. So grateful, I was a good mother and wife, and can now enjoy this beautiful morning.

So great to hear NF. It whispered at me a couple times yesterday as well. It was pretty weak and half hearted though. It was havin' as off a day as me perhaps. It probably joined a gym this morn.
