Well this is the introduction. My name is Megan and well I'm an addict. I'm fairly new to all of this and trying to find as many resources as i can to aid me along the way. I find the online method and forums a great way to learn about addiction and release some of the thoughts and struggles i have. Thank you for listening.....

Welcome, mmuse. I have never told anyone, other than the good people here at SR, that I am an alcoholic. I don't have any other support group. I have never met anyone from SR in person, and I am sure that I never will. But the support that I have received from this place is the biggest reason that I am knocking on the door of 1 year of sobriety.
I hope you will post often. You will be amazed at the amount of support and good advice that you will receive. Good luck. I am glad you are here with us.

Thanks again I'm glad to be here I know this is where I need to be in order to make my recovery the best it can possibly be. My life has had many ups and downs over the last few months. But because of my dedication and the unlimited possibilities through online chat rooms forums And meetings I know that it is only going to get better.
