Day 9 almost gone.

Not down in the dumps today thank God. Cravings started kicking though. Work really wasn't doing a lot to distract me but as soon as I could I killed the weeds on the side of my house, potted plants, watered everything. Had dinner went to guitar, went for a run and now I'm in bed. Just keep moving and for crying out loud don't think just do. :I
