Smashed to a million pieces...

So I finally smashed my life to a million pieces,this year alcohol has really gotten its teeth and claws into me and at the ripe old age of 31 iam beaten scared and broken...

But that's fine because from the ashes and carnage I'll build my new sober life...

So nice to be back on here and see some of the regulars still posting gives me hope.

Old at 31????? Throw that crap out the window. I'm 56 and run marathons, cycle long distances, and lift three times a week. You're young and have so much opportunity to do whatever you want. Believe me, you have much ahead of you that can be great.
