Hey guys.
Had a totally ****** last week or so filled with anxiety and self-created isolation. Yesterday I walked a marathon.
I think they are like sobriety. It is easy for a while and then it gets tough for a bit, then easy again, then hard as hell again.
During my ****** spell I hadn't really been counting the days so am shocked now that this is day 64.
The boy is indeed doing well.
