Feeling fresh
Feeling really fresh this morning had about 7 or 8 hours last night 
This exercise bike STILL hasn't been delivered but oh well its on its way. 40lbs to lose but il do it

Hey Chilled. Glad to hear you got that latest slip out of your system and are back on track! Every slip I had was usually followed by at least a month long binge. Way to get back on the horse!
