anger

Why can't I get through the anger so I can leave the situation I am in. My husband has suffered from chronic pain, multiple surgeries and in turn opiate abuse for years. About 17 years ago he was in rehab and I thought recovered. We were enjoying life for the longest time then another surgery, then more opiates, then it got better, then it got worse. The doctors kept on giving him opiates, methodonE, oxy, viacadin. I cant take it anymore, but yet I am not prepared to lose my home and start over at 51. Where do I start?

Yes, I start my counseling sessions this Weds. I just wish I could get through the anger. I have always been a very positive, upbeat person and now I feeled drained.
