New to this site scared!!!!

My name is bobbie and I gamble too much and can't seem to quit. I have to do something about it so I am going to attend a meeting. I know I can quit but it won't be easy. I will need all the support I can get. Thank you for being here for all of us.

I know nothing about gambling, except its and addiction like anything else......

1st you have to admit it our loud
2nd you have to do it for yourself, you CAN'T QUIT because other want you to.....
3rd get lots of support
4th start and try to keep it up....... Good luck
