My list

I'm a big believer in "pro" lists. Here's mine-

I will lose weight

I sleep better

I don't worry about if I've said/done anything bad

I'm saving money

I feel healthier

I feel happier

I don't worry about being over the limit to drive the next day

I won't embarrass myself

I won't have hangovers

My relationship will be better (less drinking more talking!)

My skin is clearer

My head feels clearer and I'm always alert

My running is stronger

I'm in control

I just found it in the notes in my phone-I wrote it 6 weeks ago on day 1. It's made me feel stronger today.

thanks for posting...I've been procrastinating writing :(....and as a list person myself, I really need to sit down this weekend and get some of this madness in my head out on paper :)

I love it! Now that's what I call recovery at work ;-)

Keep positive, 6 weeks is a huge accomplishment and for the lack of a better work, brilliant!

At the top of my list is, "No drinking ever." No matter how good or bad life gets it will always be in the number one slot because every thing else is dependent on my sobriety
