I remember posting on your thread about your 30 day plan, I guess seeing that it reaffirmed your plan of Sobriety, it probably was good to get it out of your system, it's not for everyone though for anyone else reading.

Things are more positive then than I thought when I first saw your thread title!!

Maybe it's time to try something different Chilled?

More support?
More changes to your lifestyle?

However I am considering AA and the 12 steps, would be great to get some outside support

My days nearly over

It's good to be enthusiastic Chilled - but learn from your mistakes...or you're condemned to repeat them again & again, y'know?

Best wishes for the day.

Well maybe thirty days was an easier goal to wrap your head around back when you were at zero days, and this time around you can aim a little higher.

Good job on thirty, good luck on the next thirty!

Hey chilled,

You doing okay? Sorry to hear about your slip. How not worth it is it? Your back tho, that's the main thing.

Here anytime you need! AA really helps!
